$30.00 Application Fee.

Security Deposit is one month rent for all homes.

Pet Deposit is $250.00, if permitted, ($65.00 of pet deposit is non-refundable for flea treatment upon move-out). All pets must be indoor pets. No outdoor runs or chains allowed.The City of Myrtle Beach enforces a leash law.  Pet restrictions are as follows:

No-- DOBERMANS, ROTTWEILERS, PITBULLS, AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, STAFFORDSHIRE BULL TERRIER, CHOWS, OR ANY MIX OF THE ABOVE LISTED BREEDS.

Selection Criteria

1. Income Levels

Total gross household income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent rate to qualify.

2. Credit Report

Credit must be stable

3. Rental References

Satisfactory rental history, 1-year history required or good mortgage history

4. Occupancy Standards

Two people per bedroom.

5. Employment

Must have employment in the Myrtle Beach area or verifiable income. If employed less than 1-year, we will need previous employment references.

6. Age

Minimum 20 years old

7. Identification

Proper identification required, such as driver’s license, photo ID
